From the moment we arrived, Simon at reception set the tone for a wonderful stay, going above and beyond to assist us. the room was spacious, with a huge bed that ensured a comfortable night's sleep. the cleaning staff were attentive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. While we were uncertain about the availability of hot food initially, the friendly staff quickly clarified and made sure we were well taken care of. the cozy bar on site was a nice touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hotel's convenient location in Galway City made it easy for us to explore the vibrant streets filled with shops, restaurants, and pubs, as well as the rugged natural landscapes just a short distance away. the welcoming atmosphere and comfortable amenities provided a truly enjoyable experience that we won't soon forget.
